Initiated by the Zhongshan Administration for Market Regulation and established in conjunction with other 11 departments, the inter-departmental joint conference system for supporting the development of individual businesses in Zhongshan has been recently approved by the Zhongshan People's Government. The new joint conference system will help individual businesses play a more positive role in the high-quality development of the private sector.

Joint conferences will be held as required. Each member unit will perform its duties in supporting the development of individual businesses, thoroughly study major issues, and formulate targeted policies and measures.

As of the end of February, there were more than 520,000 registered market entities in Zhongshan, including more than 300,000 individual businesses.
