Regular on-site memorial activities offered by funeral service providers were suspended during the Qingming period this year due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

On the morning of April 5, the 2022 Public Memorial Ceremonies sponsored by the Zhongshan Bureau of Civil Affairs were held at Zhongshan Funeral Parlor and Zhongshan Fuyinyuan Cemetery respectively. Formally-dressed staff, with flowers in hand, attended the ceremonies to commemorate the deceased.

During the Qingming period, many citizens choose to pay their respects with the "Online Tomb-Sweeping" function on the "Yue Sheng Shi" platform.
