Registration for the first Zhongshan "Cantonese Cuisine Chef" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is open from September 22 to October 11.

The competition aims to pick out restaurants, run by Cantonese cuisine chefs, with good reputation and huge development potential to provide them with more support and encourage more people to start businesses.

The top 10 Cantonese Cuisine Chef entrepreneurs will be granted with a start-up subsidy of 150,000 yuan each.
