By the end of November, there had been more than 13,000 import and export enterprises on file in Zhongshan, 1,500 of them were filed from January to November this year, up 13% year on year.
In recent years, the General Administration of Customs has launched a series of reform initiatives to streamline administration, delegate powers, improve regulation and upgrade services. Zhongshan Customs has actively promoted these initiatives, and canceled the item of customs administrative examination and approval - "customs declaration enterprise registration", to reduce service time from 20 days to 10 minutes for enterprises on file. At the same time, Zhongshan Customs has coordinated with other departments to advance the reform of integrating multiple certificates into one, and examined the filing of customs declaration entities online. Zhongshan Customs has also advanced the cancellation facilitation reform to realize online one-stop services for enterprise cancellation.
