Since its launch on August 25, the 3rd Zhongshan Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition for International Overseas Chinese Youth has attracted nearly 250 projects from 19 cities and regions at home and abroad.

Since mid-September, the competition organizers have held promotion lectures in Hong Kong and Macao. Days before, another lecture was held in Huaqiao University in Fujian province to further expand the competition influence.

This year, Cuiheng New District and South District joined the organizing committee and provided special rewards to attract projects. The competition sets up one gold award, two silver awards and three bronze awards, with bonuses of 100,000 yuan, 50,000 yuan and 20,000 yuan respectively. Additionally, there are also awards for excellent projects and specially innovative projects.
