The Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau renewed contracts for Dai Jing and 52 other entrepreneurial mentors, and hired another 65 entrepreneurial mentors including Zhong Yanqiu.

During the 3-year employment period, the entrepreneurial mentors shall provide free consultation, guidance and services for entrepreneurs, including business project recommendation, business premises evaluation, guidance in drafting entrepreneurial project plans, entrepreneurship lectures, follow-up guidance, and etc.

Subsidies will be offered to entrepreneurial mentors who provide assistance in entrepreneurship and give lectures.

Entrepreneurial mentors will sign an agreement with the entrepreneur to help start a business and file it with the local human resources and social security department, and will provide entrepreneurs with services in terms of policy interpretation, market analysis, project planning, and enterprise operation and management for at least one year. Entrepreneurial mentors will receive a subsidy of 3,000 yuan for each entrepreneur they offer assistance.

Meanwhile, there are also corresponding subsidies for entrepreneurial mentors to give lectures in universities, technical colleges, secondary vocational schools and villages (communities) in Zhongshan.
