"After AEO certification, the inspection rate for cargoes imported and exported has been reduced to 0.3%, and the approval time has been shortened from three days to one, which help us significantly save time and economic costs," said Cai Junjie, CEO of Hongrita Zhongshan, adding that the company and one of its partners have both obtained the AEO certificates.
Recently, 13 enterprises in Zhongshan, including Hongrita Zhongshan, received the certificates of AEO (Authorized Economic Operator). Half of them are SRDI enterprises, and one-third are supply chain service enterprises.
Hongrita Zhongshan is a company specialized in the design and manufacturing of plastic and liquid silicone rubber molds and the molding of precision components. With the improved approval processes, the company saw a 50% growth in general trade exports from a year earlier.
Nanguang Logistics is a supply chain service enterprise specialized in cross-border transportation closely associated with international trade. Many AEO enterprises, including Hongrita Zhongshan, are its important clients.
Nanguang Logistics has recently passed the AEO certification, resulting in reduced inspections, accelerated customs clearance, rapidly enhanced market competitiveness, and more benefits the company can bring to its clients.
