Guangdong Changhong recently passed the guarantee-free qualification registration for outsourcing of the entire production process of AEO (Authorized Economic Operation) advanced certification and completed the first application for the business, with a  risk deposit of 3.642 million yuan exempt. It became the 5th foreign trade enterprise in Zhongshan that benefits from the policy.

Guangdong Changhong is a leading smart home appliances manufacturer in China. As its industrial park renovation project progresses, Guangdong Changhongneeds to relocate part of its production capacity and carry out processing trade through outsourcing.

According to customs regulations, the company need to pay a considerable amount of guarantee deposit. Zhongshan Customs promoted the AEO advanced certification policy to Guangdong Changhong and provided solutions.

"We can save up to 11 million yuan of deposit every year. This strengthens our confidence in further expansion", said Qian Yonglin, customs chief of Guangdong Changhong.
