In the closing ceremony of the 3rd Session of the 11th Municipal CPPCC, the Vice Chairman of the Conference Zhang Jiangang announced that 189 proposals were submitted in total with 56 collective proposals. After its close, the Conference Committee for Handling Proposals will make filing and examination of these proposals and then deliver to the municipal government for further handling by related units.

According to classified statistics, there are 25 proposals on economic construction, 51 on category of science, education, culture, health and sports, 50 on urban construction, 22 on transportation, 10 on politics and laws, 18 on social security and 13 on other issues.
