The Zhongshan Leading Group Office for Key Projects recently announced to begin to formulate and report plans of key projects for 2021.

The 2021 plan still includes three categories of key projects: critical infrastructure projects, important industrial projects, and major livelihood improvement projects.

The plan will focus on encouraging projects that will bring along high-quality innovation. For high-quality innovative projects with strong industrial impacts, good economic benefits, high technology content and low resource consumption, there is no requirement on investment amounts.
