In 2020, through the joint efforts of each and every one of us in the city, the epidemic control situation of Zhongshan has seen continual improvement and the work and lives of Zhongshan people has remained stable and smooth. As we are about to ring in the Chinese New Year, we would like to extend our sincerest greetings and best wishes to all expats in Zhongshan for your constant support to the city!
Currently, the overall epidemic control situation remains complex and serious, with the virus continuing to spread overseas, and sporadic cases coupled with local aggregation being seen in China. To ensure a safe, healthy, and happy Chinese New Year for you and your family, we suggest to you the following:
1. Protect Yourself: Keep wearing your masks. Wash your hands often. Keep social distance of one meter. Make sure you wear masks correctly when you go to crowded or poorly ventilated places or medical institutions. Develop healthy eating habits. Seek medical assistance in your nearby fever clinic as soon as possible if fever, coughing or other respiratory symptoms occur.
2. Avoid Travel Risks: We suggest you make reasonable travel arrangement during the Spring Festival and reduce unnecessary travel. You are encouraged to stay in Zhongshan for the holiday and avoid traveling in peak time, and not to travel to medium and high risk areas.
3. Avoid Crowds: Avoid taking part in big gatherings. Family and private gatherings are encouraged to control the size within 10 people. Visit others and gather for meals as less as possible.
For any question, please feel free to call the 24-hour service hotline 12345 (English service available) or 0760-88306313.
Thank you for your understanding and support! We wish all expats and your family happiness, good health and good luck! Happy Chinese New Year!
