"The 2021 Service Guide for Zhongshan Innovative Talent in the Fields of Science and Technology", published by the Zhongshan Science and Technology Bureau, was officially released on February 22. The guide book comprehensively details the latest policies regarding talented people in the science and technology fields. The paper version can be acquired for free at the C16 window of the Zhongshan Public Service Center.

The guide covers such topics as work permits for foreigners in China, financial subsidies under preferential individual income tax policies in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, confirmation letters for foreign specialized talent, identification of specialized talent from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and abroad living in Guangdong Province, policies related to the recruitment of talent in the science and technology fields in Zhongshan, internationalization and Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao-based science-and-technology enterprise incubation carrier policies, and a list of Zhongshan's incubators and maker spaces.

The guide book also introduces the characteristics and contact information of 35 incubators and maker spaces in Zhongshan, which can be used for reference to serve talent in the fields of science and technology.
