Each eligible undergraduate who choose to settle in Zhongshan can get a one-time subsidy of 10,000 yuan.

The applicants should be eligible full-time undergraduates who graduated on or after January 1, 2015 with a Zhongshan household registration.

Applicants are required to be locally registered full-time undergraduates (with domestic academic qualifications or foreign academic degrees) within 5 years after graduation (the date on their diploma must be on or after January 1, 2015). Upon submission of application, the applicants are required to be working in one of Zhongshan's non-public enterprises, and pay the social premium in Zhongshan for 12 consecutive months. The applicants who are not insured in Zhongshan have to provide a tax certificate for paying individual income tax in Zhongshan for 12 consecutive months.

Eligible applicants can log on to the website of the Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, click the "Self-service Window Login" box, and then "Declaration of Settlement Subsidy for Full-time Undergraduates" at the bottom to fill in relevant information and upload the attachments.
