Since September 21, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province has reported local COVID-19 outbreak in clusters. As a result, Limin Jiayuan Community and Anmin Jiayuan Community in Xinglong Town (Sub-district Office of Xinglong Forestry Bureau), Bayan County, Harbin City have been added to the list of medium-risk areas.

In order to further implement the prevention and control measures and safeguard the health and safety of citizens, Zhongshan Center for Disease Control and Prevention (Zhongshan CDCP) hereby issues the following notice:

1. Report travel history

Those who have traveled between Zhongshan and Harbin, Heilongjiang Province since September 7, 2021 should take the initiative to report relevant information to your communities (villages), companies and hotels, and actively cooperate with nucleic acid testing.

2. Keep an eye on the health code

Please keep an eye on the health codes of yours and your family members'. Once the code turns red, please inform the local disease control and prevention centers immediately and follow control measures proactively; If it turns yellow, please properly protect yourself and go to the rapid test areas in medical institutions nearby for nucleic acid testing as soon as possible.

3. Monitor health condition

Always pay attention to the health status of yourself and your family. In  the case of fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, hyposmia, hypogeusia, diarrhea or other symptoms, please go to a nearby fever clinic or a designated medical institution for medical assistance and testing as soon as possible. Wear a mask properly and avoid using public transportation on your way to the medical institution.

4. Follow epidemic prevention advice

Please follow the latest updates of medium or high-risk regions in China, and avoid any unnecessary travel to such regions. If you have to travel there, please report to your community and company in advance, and protect yourselves. After the trip, please abide by the relevant epidemic prevention and control policies of Zhongshan. Never let your guard down, and always remember to wash your hands, wear a mask, stay in a well-ventilated environment, and keep at least one meter away from others.
