Through online and offline channels, Zhongshan-based enterprises can directly appeal to the Zhongshan Municipal Party Committee and the Zhongshan People's Government, which will be transferred to relevant departments by the 12345 hotline platform. Enterprises can also inquire about the appeal progress online in real time to ensure that their demands are being responded to.
