On April 11, the Zhongshan Bureau of Natural Resources released an advance transfer notice for the first batch of 10 residential land parcels on the "Zhongshan Land Parcel Lookup" Wechat applet. This is the first time in Zhongshan residential land parcel transfers have been released in batches through a pre-release announcement.

The land parcels involved are in 6 towns and districts, including 5 in Qijiang New Town, 1 in Tsuihang New District, and 4 in Xiaolan, Guzhen, Dongfeng and Huangpu towns respectively. The total area is about 37 hectares, with a total construction area of 1.1 million square meters.
