The Hause Thermal Energy Equipment Production Base on November 21 became the first project that has been topped out in Phase One of the Zhongshan Smart Home Appliance Industrial Park (Dacen Area). It took only 179 days from starting construction on May 27 this year to achieving the topping-out milestone.

Hause Thermal Energy moved in Zhongshan's Huangpu Town in November 2014. It is a modern high-tech enterprise that specializes in the manufacturing of gas heating equipment, modular boilers, intelligent control systems among other heating equipment. The company has actively participated in drafting and formulating various national and industry standards.

The Hause Thermal Energy Equipment Production Base covers an area of 15.3 mu, with a total building area of 32,500 square meters. With an investment of 112 million yuan, it aims to introduce manufacturers of high-tech products, such as air source heat pumps, power conductors, remote sensing detectors and energy storage devices. Its projected output value will exceed 300 million yuan after reaching design capacity.

The project is planned to reach completion in March 2024 and go into operation in June 2024.
