The main body of the Liyuan Industrial Park, an industrial park renovation project in Tiebian Village, Henglan Town, was topped out on December 12, and interior decoration and safety engineering are now in progress.

After going into operation next year, it is estimated to achieve an annual output value of 150 million yuan and increase collective rental income by 12-13 million yuan.

The industrial park covers an area of about 33 mu, with a total construction area of 76,356.31 square meters and a total investment of about 130 million yuan. Upon completion, it will be leased to high-end enterprises in the photoelectric industry to create a comprehensive modern industrial hub integrating functions of technology research, production, marketing, office use and dwelling.
