Located in Dayan Village, Huangpu Town, the Winner intelligent home appliance manufacturing base started construction on the morning of December 18. This is the first enterprise above the designated size to sign an agreement to relocate to the Zhongshan Smart Home Appliance Industrial Park (Dacen).

The Winner manufacturing base covers a land area of over 48,000 square meters, with a planned investment exceeding 140 million yuan. Upon completion, it will become an industrial group that engages in the research and development, sales and production of intelligent home appliances and related services, with an estimated annual output value of 200 million yuan.

Winner, a gas appliance and hardware maker that has taken root in Dacen Village for 15 years, has steadily grown from a small enterprise to a 100-million-yuan-level company. It has established cooperative relationships with many well-known brands.

Up to now, Huangpu Town has prepared some 1,000 mu of land for industrial development, and more than 30 new projects have commenced construction. Fifteen new projects with a total investment of over 3 billion yuan have signed contracts to settle in the Dacen area.
