The Lvjinwan environmental common industrial park in Xiaolan held a ceremony on December 28, 2023, marking Phase 1 going into operation and Phase 2 starting construction.

Lvjinwan is one of the first common industrial parks in Zhongshan, with a total land area of 308 mu and a total construction area of over 800,000 square meters. The total investment is nearly 3 billion yuan, and the estimated annual output value is around 5 billion yuan.

Phase 2 of the project, with 460,000 square meters of high-standard factory buildings and living and office facilities, will be built to meet the development needs of enterprises in the park.
