The demolition and launch ceremony for an industrial park renovation project at No.1 Xiangfeng South Road in Xiaolan Town's Shengfeng Community took place on January 15.

The project plans to construct a 6-story industrial plant, with a total built-up area of 19,000 square meters and a total investment of 30 million yuan. Construction will commence in April this year after the demolition is completed.

The project will introduce enterprises in environmental protection and light manufacturing and related industries, with an estimated annual rental income of 3.2 million yuan, which is 3.5 times as much as before.

Previously, Shengfeng Community has launched industrial park renovation projects at No.12 Xiangyi East Road, the total built-up area of which is approximately 17,050 square meters. With a total investment of 30 million yuan, they are estimated to generate a total annual income of 2.86 million yuan.

A total of 25 villages (communities) in Xiaolan Town launched 39 industrial park renovation projects in 2023, the total estimated investment of which stood at 5.09 billion yuan and the anticipated output value 10.1 billion yuan.
