The signing ceremony for Guzhen Town's Zhongxing No.1 project (formerly known as "Guzhen Lighting Square" and later "Light Cube LED City") was held on June 13.

Zhongxing No.1 is located next to the Su Bingtian Gymnasium on Zhongxing Avenue. It covers a land area of 33,178.6 square meters and has a total construction area of 64,362.1 square meters.

Zhongshan Heqing Tianxi Culture and Tourism Technology Co Ltd will invest 50 million yuan to renovate it into a tea culture and technology expo park that is mainly focused on cultural exhibitions, sci-tech exchanges, commercial development and educational research. It is scheduled to open in July 2025.

A digital e-commerce live-streaming base will be built to leverage resources from the upstream and downstream of the tea industry and attract more merchants to enjoy tea and lighting products in the "Lighting Capital of China".
