The Conference on High-Quality Development of Low-altitude Economy in Guangdong Province was held in Guangzhou on July 4, attracting over 300 experts and representatives from enterprises and governments.
Zhao Guojian, town mayor of Tanzhou, and Liu Shiyi, executive director of the company Zhongshan FCourier Technology, signed a contract on a UAV manufacturing base during the conference.
In cooperation with Zhongshan, FCourier will establish an eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) R&D and manufacturing base. It is planned that the base will help FCourier achieve mass production of the M1 UAV model within two years and become one of the world's leaders in eVTOL shipments within three years.
With a total investment of 150 million yuan, the base will include aircraft workshops, an R&D center, production workshops, office buildings, flight test sites as well as dormitories, dining halls and an activity center for the staff. The base is expected to achieve an annual output value of 840 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of 51.52 million yuan in 2028.
