The company just moved into the Pan Fuhua Industrial Park in Zhongshan's Dongfeng Town for a few days, but its production capacity has been quickly restored to the level before relocation.

In addition to those for private use, the Pan Fuhua Industrial Park has some 53,000 square meters of workshops available for sale, with approximately 85% being sold already. Meanwhile, over 20 enterprises have settled in and started operations in the leased properties. The park is expected to go fully operational by the end of this year.

The Pan Fuhua Industrial Park is located in Dongheping Village, covering a total land area of 37,534.9 square meters. It will introduce enterprises in such sectors as home appliance manufacturing, hardware and electronic information. After renovation, its annual output value will be approximately 1.5 billion yuan and annual tax revenue 45 million yuan.
