Zhongshan's first AI public service employee at town (sub-district) level has started working at Window 31 in the East District Public Service Center.

This brand new AI employee, equipped with a government service platform based on the localized Dify system, is a combination of local government service knowledge base and AI computing power. Leveraging DeepSeek's advanced cognitive processing capabilities, this AI employee is able to turn those complex policy documents into easy-to-understand service guides.

"Previously we needed to wait at the service desk to get some information, and we even had to queue during peak hours. But now, we can get the answers in just a few secondsfrom the AI employee. That's incredibly convenient!" Said a local resident.

With connections to data bases of 12 departments such as market regulation, social security and medical insurance, the AI employee has updated handling rules of over 800 service items.
