Zhongshan Daily - Lingnan Water Country Tourism and Culture Festival 2008 was grandly opened today. The festival mainly consists of six parts, respectively the Openning Ceremony, Exhibition of Well-known High Quality Farm Products in Zhongshan, Zhongshan Food Festival, Tourism Photography Exhibition, Sports Meeting on Water and Animals Performances.
Yesterday morning, Vice Mayor Han Zesheng and officials in charge of sanitation and health and public security went to Minzhong Town to make an inspection to every place of the festival before the opening ceremony. Everything is ready for the festival. Officials of Minzhong said that all the residents in Minzhong have been encouraged to join in the festival.
