The Rice Field Music Festival held in 2019 made Zuobu Village a famous place, and the Zuobu Book House also became a must-see spot. The nearby parking lots have always been full of cars on weekends. Even on workdays, the book house has been packed with tourists. Therefore, Xu Jiajie has had to expand the outdoor spaces so that visitors can find a place to sit on the rooftop or terrace.

He also turned the fields outside the book hous into parent-child experience fields to carry out leisure pastimes, agricultural sightseeing, and other outdoor activities. He also bought a collection of Chilean red wines for wholesale and retail, which has increased his income. The book house promotes the catering and tourism of Zuobu Village.
