Proposal project of local legislation is Regulations of Zhongshan on the Administration of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation, proposal projects of government regulation were Provisions of Zhongshan for Promotion of Charities and Provisions on the Administration of Outdoor Advertisements, and preliminary projects include Regulations of Zhongshan on Administration of City Greening and Measures of Zhongshan for the Administration of Construction Wastes.
