??Zhongshan Bureau of Legislation is seeking public opinion for “The Draft Instructions on Catering Waste Management in Zhongshan”. According to the draft instructions, 12 government departments will cooperate with each other to deal with rubbish generated from catering industry from producing to collecting and to delivering procedures.
??The draft instructions specifies the administrative duties of each departments. In specific, the housing and urban-rural development department will be responsible for the unified management of catering waste and the making and implementation of related management system. The food and drug administration will be responsible for strengthening the supervision of food production quality and deal with relevant illegal behaviour.
