??To implement “mayor responsibility system for ‘food basket’”, Zhongshan will develop a city-level prices regulation library for agricultural products. The relevant administrative measures have been examined and approved by municipal government and will come into effect from January 1, 2018.
??According to the administrative measures, all units covered by the prices regulation library need to meet some requirements. For example, the agricultural products they produce, supply, reserve, deliver or sell should have at least one of the “organic food”, “nuisance free agricultural product”, “green food” or “agro-product geographical indication” marks for food safety purpose.
