??The first government regulation of the year--The Zhongshan Urban and Rural Construction Archives Management Measures--will be implemented from April 1, 2018, according to Zhongshan Legislation Bureau.
??The Measures stipulate responsibilities of relevant departments in management, filing and preservation of urban and rural construction archives and clarify that “special acceptance should be taken for the archives of key construction projects”.
