??The “Rule of Law Environment and Social Governance” Zhongshan Social Sciences Annual Conference 2018 was held on May 28 at Zhongshan Polytechnic. Prof Wang Zhiqiang, Dean of Law School of Fudan University, Prof Song Ruliang, Director of Rule of Law Guangdong Research Center of Party School of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of CPC, and Lin Shaotang, Vice Chairman of Zhongshan Municipal Committee of CPPCC, were invited to the conference. They discussed the process of the rule of law for the past 40 years basing on global vision, Guangdong’s experience and Zhongshan’s achievements.
