??The Administrative Law Enforcement Department of Zhongshan Transport Bureau had carried out the special waterway traffic enforcement action, aiming to strengthen law enforcement and supervision of the city’s waterway channels, ports, and water transportation areas.
??The action, which will continue until early August, aims to crack down five types of illegal acts including “operating of inland vessels without authorization or over-ranging marine transport behaviors”, “illegal dumping of construction garbage and engineering silts to harbor districts and waterway channels” and etc.
??Since the beginning of the action, the Administrative Law Enforcement Department had already investigated and treated 3 companies doing illegal port operations without permit.
