??The Trial Examination Guideline for Construction Project of Sponge City of Zhongshan has been released by Zhongshan Urban and Rural Planning Bureau. The Guideline specifies all government public construction projects as well as all commercial, building and community projects with over 1 hectare area, apply to sponge city construction requirements. All construction units of these projects are required to submit sponge city planning for examination.
??All construction projects should follow the control criterion as below: the annual total runoff volume control rate of building and community should be 75%, while the figures for commercial land, government public construction project, park and greenbelt, road and square should be 65%, 70%, 85% and 65% respectively.
