??The revision of Zhongshan urban renewal (“three old” reform) planning guidelines has been completed recently, Zhongshan Urban and Rural Planning Bureau says. According to the revision, Yuanfeng Mountain area would focus on primary school land implementation, while Qijiang New Town area would focus on hospital land implementation.
??Reportedly, the planned urban renewal region of central city covers an area of 1,391.66ha. The central city is defined as “the business center, administrative center, historical and cultural center and tourism service center of Zhongshan” with executive, commercial, business service and residential functions.
