A special online judicial auction will be held on February 18 by the Zhongshan No.1 People’s Court.

A total of 84 items, including 79 properties and shops, 1 land and above-ground structure, 2 vehicles, and 2 game devices, will be auctioned on the online shopping platforms Taobao.com and JD.com.

One of the items to be auctioned on JD.com, a property in the Landmark Oriental Residential Community, has already attracted over 3,700 viewers. Its starting price and appraised price are 2.55 million yuan and 3.65 million yuan, respectively.

In 2018, the Zhongshan No.1 People’s Court has seen rapid growth in execution cases. It launched auctions for 3,108 items and completed 1,804 of those cases. All told, this accounted for a trading volume of 2.644 billion yuan. This effective realization mechanism helps improve the court’s case execution work.
