Three hearing participants from the Legislative Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the Zhongshan Municipal People's Congress listened to the debates among eight representatives on the spot.

The 3-hour live broadcast online also attracted about 300,000 viewers.

This is the first time Zhongshan has held a hearing in the "on-line + on-site" mode since it gained local legislative power. This is also the first time that a city in Guangdong Province has conducted an online legislative hearing on the hosting service for juveniles.
