In order to strengthen the environmental supervision of air pollution sources, the Zhongshan Bureau of Ecology and Environment (ZSBEE) dispatched five inspection teams on November 6 to carry out surprise inspections to air pollutant emission enterprises .

In the evening, a joint inspection group of the ZSBEE and East District administration rectified the air pollution problem in key areas in the district. It investigated and dealt with more than 40 shops, including stores occupying the road and mobile stalls.

Next, all departments and townships will continue to enforce the implementation of grid control of pollution control in the city to ensure full coverage of pollution prevention and control.

From January to August this year, the qualified rate of ambient air quality of Zhongshan is 93.0%.
