Zhongshan has adjusted its health control measures for people coming (returning) to Zhongshan from other places in accordance with the Prevention and Control Protocol for COVID-19 (9th Version).
People who are from risk areas in the last 7 days are required to finish health reporting in advance through the online platform or phone calls (QR codes are shown below) ASAP and implement different health control measures.

People from high-risk areas should observe a "7-day centralized quarantine" and take nucleic acid tests on the first, second, third, fifth and seventh days respectively. Those from medium-risk areas should observe a "7-day home-based quarantine", and take nucleic acid tests on the first, fourth and seventh days respectively. The quarantine period should starts from the day they leave the high- or medium-risk areas. People who come from low-risk areas should complete two nucleic acid tests within three days, and follow health monitoring procedures. The observation period will start from the date of return.
Inbound travelers (including those from Macao) should abide by the "7-day centralized quarantine + 3-day health monitoring at home" management policies, and take nucleic acid tests on the first, second, third, fifth and seventh days during the centralized quarantine period, as well as one test on the third day during health monitoring at home.
People returning from other provinces are advised to have a 48-hour nucleic acid test result and get one nucleic acid test upon arrival. All people from other cities are advised to take a nucleic acid test upon arrival voluntarily.
Before traveling outside of Zhongshan, residents should understand the control situation and policies of their destinations. As of recently, residents are advised not to go to Macao or other areas with observed COVID community transmission unless necessary.
