Zhongshan recently released the construction plan on rule of law for the 2022-2025 period.

The Zhongshan Rule of Law Construction Plan (2022-2025) is made up of nine parts and specifies a general outline to uphold rule of law in Zhongshan during the "14th Five-Year" period. The plan includes 28 specific measures centering on the implementation of the Constitution, the promotion of scientific, democratic, legal legislation, law enforcement, strengthened supervision on lawmaking, law enforcement and judicial work, the construction of a first-class legal business environment, and etc.

Next, the Zhongshan law-based governance commission office will formulate a scheme on the division of work, carry out legal supervision, and promote the implementation of the plan.
