The South District Industrial Development Promotion Policy has been revised and rolled out to support the development of industrial and service enterprises.

The Policy covers measures to promote industrial development and promote the development of the service sector. South District will allocate special funds to ensure the implementation of the Policy every year.

In terms of promoting industrial development, there are measures for supporting enterprises to implement technological upgrades and to carry out voluntary cleaner production, and supporting industrial enterprises to increase production and improve efficiency.

For enterprises implementing technological upgrades, South District will provide supplementary rewards at a rate not exceeding 50% of the municipal subsidy amount. The maximum reward for each enterprise is 1 million yuan per year.

For those carrying out voluntary cleaner production, a maximum subsidy of 10,000 yuan will be given to each enterprise every year.
