Zhongshan's Cuiheng New District on February 4 signed an investment agreement with Huakai Yibai, a leading enterprise in cross-border e-commerce.
Huakai Yibai will invest 1.5 billion yuan to construct its South China headquarters in Cuiheng New District. The project will develop into a landmark, whole-industry chain demonstration base in South China with high-quality R&D and production facilities and cross-border e-commerce eco-system platforms.
The project is located in Cuiheng Village, covering a land area of 84.14 mu, with a fixed asset investment of 510 million yuan. It is estimated to achieve a cumulative output of 4.5 billion yuan and a cumulative tax revenue of 220 million yuan.
As a well-known listed enterprise, Huakai Yibai focuses on cross-border e-commerce export business, with a market value of nearly 10 billion yuan.
