Phase one of the Zhongshan Photoelectric and Intelligent Terminal Industrial Park (Minzhong) service center, the first of its kind within the Shenzhen-Zhongshan cooperation zone, was topped out on May 21.

The center is located in Langwang Village, Minzhong Sub-district, with a total land area of about 19 mu. Focusing on supporting services for the industrial park, it will include a service center, convenient hotels and other facilities.

The project will be built in two phases. Phase one covers a floor area of 7,572.22 square meters, with a total investment of 135 million yuan. It will include service outlets, public squares, convenient hotels, restaurants and other commercial facilities.

Upon completion, it will offer convenient living services for surrounding industrial parks and enterprises such as BYD and Express Luck.
