Guangdong organized a joint media ctivity on May 29, and more than 30 journalists from home and abroad visited Guzhen Town, Akeso Inc and the ShenZhong Link to experience Zhongshan's development.

In the morning, the media delegation went to Guzhen Town, the "lighting capital of China", and visited the Lighting Culture Museum and Star Alliance Global Brand Lighting Center to probe into the impact of the ShenZhong Link on Guzhen's lighting industry.

At Akeso Inc, the media delegation gained a comprehensive understanding of the company's development and history after visiting the production workshops. It also gained deeper insights into the explosive growth of Zhongshan's biomedicine industry.

In the afternoon, the media delegation visited mega project ShenZhong Link to feel the thriving development momentum of the Greater Bay Area up close.

"Many Hong Kong people are eagerly looking forward to the opening of the ShenZhong Link." A media representative from Hong Kong said, adding that there will be more travel options for them to buy houses and do business in Zhongshan.
