With the smooth installation of the final precast beams, the Wanqingsha offshore interchange has been linked up, taking a significant stride towards the completion and opening of the Nansha-Zhongshan Expressway.

The Wanqingsha interchange connects the Nansha-Zhongshan Expressway and the ShenZhong Link, serving as a major traffic transfer hub among Guangzhou, Zhongshan and Shenzhen.

The main line of the Nansha-Zhongshan Expressway was connected in April this year. It is planned to be fully completed and open to traffic in the second half of the year.
