Hong Kong Dragon Group plans to invest at least 8 billion yuan to construct the Jiaolong Industry Port Seaside Wisdom Valley in Zhongshan's Cuiheng New District. The project will be built into a new landmark of culture, commerce and tourism in the Greater Bay Area, with such facilities as the company headquarters, the Seaside City shopping mall, an ocean-themed hotel, an ocean park, the High Line Park, and the Zero-carbon Kingdom.
Zhang Huiting, general manager of Hong Kong Dragon Group, said the ocean park will be built in accordance with the standards of the Chengdu Seaside City, based on the shopping mall and Ermao Island.
The Zero-carbon Kingdom, 180 meters in width and 888 meters in length, will be built over the Lingdingyang tributary (the Maolongchong waterway). The project will feature an amusement park on the water surface, a science museum on the second, a theme park on the third, as well as photovoltaic power glass panels (40 megawatts) and an observation deck on the top floor.
