The City Terminal for Hong Kong International Airport, located at Zhongshan International Hotel (Add: No.142, Zhongshan 1st Road), was put into operation on December 5.
Upgraded from the Zhongshan International Hotel bus station, it is the first city terminal of Hong Kong International Airport in Zhongshan.
The Zhongshan International Hotel bus station has served tourists traveling between Zhongshan and Hong Kong for nearly 30 years since its opening in 1997. It offers cross-border bus services, which allow passengers departing from Zhongshan International Hotel to reach Hong Kong International Airport in about 2 hours.
Twenty-nine shuttle buses operate daily between Zhongshan and Hong Kong, sending passengers to Hong Kong International Airport and such popular locations in downtown Hong Kong as Prince Edward, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun, Tai Wai, Kwun Tong, Diamond Hill, North Point, Causeway Bay, Wan Chai, Sheung Wan, Tsim Sha Tsui and Mong Kok.
The city terminal also offers waiting service, real-time flight check, temporary luggage storage and others to meet passengers' diverse and classy travel needs.
After its opening, the city terminal puts 16 bus shifts into operation every day between Zhongshan International Hotel and Hong Kong International Airport, and the ticket price is 210 yuan per passenger.
So far, there are 7 city terminals with airport express service across Zhongshan, including Zhongshan Airport Terminal, Xiaolan Airport Terminal, Shangdong New World Airport Terminal, Huayi Plaza, Guzhen Lihe Plaza, Torch Development Zone Airport Terminal, and City Terminal for Hong Kong International Airport, which serve Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Shenzhen Baoan International Airport, Zhuhai Jinwan Airport and Hong Kong International Airport.
