Mingyang's OceanX, the world's largest floating wind turbine, won the 2024 International Green Design Award at the 2024 WGDO Annual Conference and Brussels Summit of World Green Design Forum held in Belgium on January 14, local time.

OceanX is currently the world's largest floating wind power platform in operation. It adopts a dual-wind-turbine design, with a total installed capacity of 16.6 megawatts. It is expected to provide approximately 54 million kWh of green electricity per year, which can meet the electricity demand of 30,000 households.
