The Hengtaichang industrial park renovation project was topped out on December 30, 2024.

The project is located in Sandun Village, Torch Development Zone (Minzhong Sub-district), with a land area of 10.49 mu. Its investor, Zhongshan Hengtaichang Electric Appliance Co, will spend 100 million yuan on the construction of new buildings, with a total floor area of 28,000 square meters.

The project plans to attract enterprises in fields such as smart terminals, smart sensors, smart home appliances, electronic intelligent equipment, mechanical materials, computer communications and upstream and downstream enterprises, so as to develop an optoelectronic cluster with a complete industrial eco-chain and sustainable growth potential.

After going into operation, the Hengtaichang project will achieve an estimated output value of 100 million yuan and an estimated tax revenue of 3 million yuan per year.
