The 23rd Cuiheng New District (Nanlang Sub-district) Job Fair was held at the Nanlang Fitness Square on February 16.

Enterprises had a strong demand for skilled talents and technical workers. "Due to a 10% year-on-year increase in orders, we needs more general and technical workers," said He Yonggang, HR team leader of Chien Luen Industry Co, adding that about 40% of the company's employees are skilled talents, undergraduates and postgraduates.

"We need to recruit 400 people, from general workers to technical workers and executives," said Xiao Si, production manager of Sinno, adding that the robust demand for labor is attributed to the company's expansion. Currently, about 20% of Sinno's employees are key technical staff, and the e-management and production systems co-developed by its PhD team and technical workers run well within the company.

The job fair attracted 123 quality enterprises, offering over 3,600 jobs. Nearly 90% of the jobs offered a monthly salary exceeding 5,000 yuan, with the highest annual salary reaching 1 million yuan.
